FAQs & Insurance Disclaimers

What insurances are accepted?

Each therapist is unique as to what insurance they are credentialed with. That said, some of our counselors are credentialed with BlueCross BlueShield, Iowa Medicaid (Iowa Total Care & Amerigroup), United Healthcare, Cigna, and private pay. Please contact us to see which counselor would be a good fit.

It is recommended that each client verifies benefits prior to the intake session with a counselor to ensure their therapist is within network, and to ensure telehealth is covered.

How do I verify benefits?

Each insurance panel has their own search database, or you can contact the number listed on the back of your card.

To verify Loey’s services, you can search for Loey Sawvel Counseling LLC.

To verify Rachel or Abby’s services, you can search for Laura Rank Counseling LLC.
