Hiya, I’m Rachel! I’m just a human helping other humans feel a little more okay in a messy, complicated world. I love working with people who show up as their real, authentic selves. We’ll go at your pace, honoring all the parts of you, even the ones that feel a little tangled.

My goal is to create a space that feels easy to be in. Somewhere you can laugh, cry, vent, question things, and just be you. Therapy doesn't have to be stiff or serious all the time. It can be real, honest, and lighthearted. I’m all about helping you notice what’s getting in the way, break out of stuck cycles, and understand our minds better.

Some of the modalities that I use are:

Psychoeducation- Learning about our brain and body

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)- “Change our thoughts to change our behaviors and change our behaviors to change our thoughts”

Solution-Focused Interventions- Identifying steps needed to reach our goals and figuring out how to work through roadblocks

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- Learning how to regulate emotions

Internal Family Systems (IFS)- Understanding how our past impacts our current choices
